Strengths-based coaching using the CliftonStrengths assessment tool is an easy and great way to start understanding who you are better.

1. Access to the CliftonStrengths assessment tool at Gallup.com,
2. A 90-minute overview and interpretation of your CliftonStrengths reports, 
3. Two, one-hour follow-up coaching sessions 
4. Optional ongoing Strengths-based coaching at the same 40% discount ($120/hour) for up to six sessions
