The CliftonStrengths Talent Assessment is industry recognized model to “discover what you naturally do best, learn how to develop your greatest talents into strengths, and use your personalized results and reports to maximize your potential.” With a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths coach you and/or your team will gain new insights and help understand what influences our choices, directs our actions, explains why we are better at some things than others, and, helps us filter our world and make it meaningful.
Individually, or in teams, participants complete a 30 to 45-minute online assessment. The results are interpreted and reviewed in a 2.5-hour interactive group workshop with goals and actions for enhanced understanding of individual strengths and how these can positively affect inter-personal and team performance.
360-degree feedback is a method of systematically collecting opinions about a manager's performance from a wide range of coworkers. This could include peers, direct reports, the supervisor, the supervisor’s peers — along with people outside the organization, such as customers. The benefits of collecting data of this kind is that the person gets to see a panorama of perceptions rather than just self-perception, which affords a more complete picture.
You will work with a Certified ESCI-360 coach to help interpret your results and develop a plan for growing your competencies around the four dimensions of the model.
In its simplest definition, employee engagement is a measure of an individual’s emotional connection to their job. According to Gallup, higher engagement translates into higher productivity, greater customer focus, higher rates of safety, employees more invested in organizational success, reduced turnover, decreased absenteeism, and increased inclusiveness.
Partnering with Gallup, the gold-standard in employee engagement surveys, you will work with us to develop a strategy for employee engagement assessment and a follow-on action plan for targeting and improving specific engagement elements.

John is certified as a Gallup CliftonStrengths coach, trained in Fierce Conversations and the Hay Group's ESCI 360 tool. John enjoys working with individuals and teams on how to leverage their unique talents to accomplish great things. John also works with groups on strategic planning, coaching individuals, and delivering custom solutions to organizations.
